For organizations that have dedicated themselves to creating social change, there is typically a focus on activating change in the world, but there are rarely conversations about transformation and change internal to our organizations or the individuals that work for them. The work we do as agents of social transformation is a very serious matter. We imbue our work with meaning and identity, and fight hard and long for some kind of purpose in our endeavors. Yet, as agents for social change we need to understand the wellsprings of human creativity available in organizations in order to shape conversations that are invitational to an individual's greater powers for growth and change.

For those of us with a passion for social mission, no matter what role we play, we know another world is possible, and to stay whole in the creation of that world requires training, practice and support.

At Inspired Activism we offer a wide variety of formats for individual and organizations that are working toward making a difference in the world. All programs are custom designed to fit the needs of the organization and are immediately transferable. They include, but are not limited to: meeting facilitation, consensus building, team building, speaking engagements, and classes.
