Meditation Classes

Although our world is in conflict, it is possible to maintain a life of personal peace in the midst of social chaos. Practiced daily, the art of meditation, allows us to liberate ourselves from the effects of these stressful times. There may be no greater need than for people “of action” than to learn how to be still.

Meditation is typically called a “practice” because we are we are using the time to practice awareness. If we practice being aware in the morning, then we are more likely to be aware the rest of the day. When we meditate, we get a chance to be aware of what is going on, and that is all we have to do.

Meditation and Energy Basics:
In the beginner’s course, students will be introduced to the world of meditation and awareness of energy in our lives. Focusing on practical, experiential models, the class stays away from theory, and guides students in creating a solid “energetic tool box” to support a strong internal connection and focus. This class is the first in the series of the Clairvoyant Development program offered through the Center for Inspired Action. It can be a great first step in working with and managing energy; or it can stand on its own to bring an effective, easy to practice meditation practice from which everyone can benefit.

It is our awareness that keeps us honest and on target with our soul’s growth. A strong meditation practice keeps us faithful to ourselves, our personal growth, connected to our path and purpose in this life.
This class meets once a week for five weeks.

Cost: $200
