Inspired Activism is an organization that is dedicated to supporting non-profit and service oriented agencies that work toward creating positive change in the world. For service minded organizations unhealthy work habits can result in stress, exhaustion and illness. Overwork can create high turnover and burnout. Suspicion and conflict taint relationships between allies. Without even realizing it, we can easily end up participating in the very dynamics of oppression that we are trying to transform.

The approach of Inspired Activism is to create stronger, healthier organizations from the inside out. By revealing the deeper, maybe unconscious, motivations that lead us to choose socially responsible careers we can bring healing to the dynamics that prevent us from truly being effective in this work. Consciousness and awareness around institutional and individual practices build organizations that are better equipped to make a lasting impact in their communities.
